Terms and Condition for Exchange and Refund Policy

Please take note that you're required to inform MyFashionBay within 5 days if there is discrepency in your order. All orders are deemed to be in order and MyFashionBay reserved the Rights to reject all claims after the given time.

Exchange:

We will do an exchange on conditions on the below : -

1) The items were incorrectly sent to you. (eg, wrong item, wrong colour, wrong size)


Refund Policy

Before confirming your purchase, please take note that:

1) NO cancellation or refund after payment is made unless your order is out of stock.

2) NO refund or exchange:
     -  the item that you have ordered does not meet your expectation;
     -  poor sewing;
     -  dress too short;
     -  stain on white apparels;
     -  small hole not bigger than 50cents coins

3) MyFashionBay's decision is final and on a case-to case basis to allow a partial refund/discount price of your item not found satisfactory.
