You need to send an email to: myfashionbay@hotmail.com with the following information before we can confirm your orders availability.
1) Your Name
2) Your contact number
3) Your mailing address
4) The item/s code and color
5) Your preferred mode of delivery (Registered mail or normal mail)
Please note that incomplete information will result in delaying our confirmation and delivery process.
Acknowledgment of orders
Once we received your orders and confirm that the items that you've order are available, a confirmation email will be sent to you and advise you on the payment.
Payment Method
We accept Funds Transfer via internet banking or ATM to our POSB savings account, DBS Saving Plus account , OCBC Saving, Maybank Account and PayPal.
Confirmation of orders
We'll send an email to you once we've received your payment and will inform you again once your items are sent out to you.
Closing dates for shipment batch and estimated waiting time for shipment
We'll close the Pre Order batch once minimum order is reached. Estimated shipment arrival will start after our closing date and not the day you have settle your payment.
Please note that the shipment will takes at least 1-1.5weeks to arrives after our closing date. Once your items arrives, we'll check, pack and mail out to you within 1-3 working days.
Postage charges
For Singapore Customers
Normal mail
If you choose this, your items will be mailed to you via normal mail. Your item will be place in your letter box. Please ensure there is sufficient space for the postman to deposit. MyFashionBay will not be liable to any damage or lost mail.
NEW: We'll issue you a scanned copy of ' Proof of posting' by Singpost upon request.
Registered Mail
If you choose this, your items will be mailed to you at your doorstep. A registered number will be issued to you for easy tracing and tracking of your parcel. In case of any unsuccessful or non-receiving of your item, you will be able to track your parcel.
Below are the list of postage pricing:
Postage for Normal mail: Free
Registered mail: SGD3.50
If your order includes SHOES, please note that there will be no shoe box to save shipping and postages cost. You are also advised to use Registered mail . Alternatively, you can arrange for meet up collection and the location of collection will be at the convenience of MyFashionBay.
For Oversea Customers
We deliver your parcel by Air mail or Speedpost. Postage charges will be depending on the total weight. You may click here to check the on the rates here.
How to Book (For Out of Stock) Items
If you would to purchase any item/s which are currently out of stock, you may still book it.
You my complete the Booking Form here. Alternatively, you may email to myfashionbay@hotmail.com with the following:
i) Your name;
ii) Your contact (HP);
iii) The item/s code and colour;
iv) Quantity/Size
Once we received your booking order, we'll notify you again thru email once your booking item re-stock. You are NOT required to make any payment for your booking. However, if you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so and we will not penalise you.
